Bill 6: The Enhanced Protection for Farm and Ranch Workers Act has continued to garner considerable attention in the past several weeks.

The AAMDC has also adopted a position on Bill 6 which was shared with members last week and can be found here.

Last week the AAMDC released an analysis of the legislation but since then, several amendments have been made to the legislation which have been updated in the briefing. The environmental scan, also known as a jurisdictional scan, has also been updated to incorporate additional information.
