Small to Medium Sized Facility Pre-Event Checklist

Many organizations have small to medium sized facilities that are not in use every day of the year. Be it a Community Hall that hosts 20 events a year, a seasonal property that is only open up in the spring or an older facility that is still in part time use but has been replaced by a more modern facility as the organization grew.
