AAMDC Convention
The AAMDC Spring and Fall Conventions bring delegates from member municipalities around Alberta together to hear plenary speakers, participate in breakout sessions and vote on the resolutions that guide the AAMDC’s advocacy efforts.

AAMDC Aggregated Business Services Golf Tournament
The AAMDC Aggregated Business Services Golf Tournament supports the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation. Every year the tournament is a fun and fantastic opportunity to raise funds for a great cause while spending time with our valued members and approved suppliers.

Jubilee Insurance RiskPro Sessions offer our members assistance in managing and identifying liability risks and issues surrounding specific items.

AAMDC Post-Secondary Scholarship
The AAMDC Scholarship Program is designed to encourage young rural Albertans to pursue further education, and thereby enhance the ability of these young people to make meaningful contributions to their communities in subsequent years.

R.W Hay Award
The AAMDC, in partnership with the Society of Local Government Managers (SLGM) created an award program to recognize excellence in rural administration. The award is presented no more than once a year to a clearly deserving candidate. Nominations are endorsed by a peer review committee established by the AAMDC and SLGM.

In Memoriam
Sharing the memory of those that have passed. The deadline for in memoriams to be included in the Fall 2014 Convention handbook is Friday, October 3, 2014. Please note that once you have finished entering a name, it will not be immediately visible on the site. Each in memoriam must first be approved by the AAMDC's convention coordinator.
